My time at Home2 Suites was mostly enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, featuring a King Studio Suite with Water View. I appreciated the comfy bed and the kitchenette, which was well-equipped. The breakfast provided exceeded my expectations, offering a decent variety that I often find lacking in other facilities. I also loved the complimentary apples at the reception, perfect for late-night snacks. However, I encountered several issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable throughout my stay. At times, it made it challenging to connect and stay in touch. On my last morning, housekeeping started knocking on my door too early, despite my late check-out request. The staff was friendly but the communication regarding this was unclear. Additionally, while I enjoyed the view, it didn't live up to what I had expected, mostly overlooking a building rooftop before seeing any water. Lastly, I found the location a bit secluded. it felt airy but lacked nearby dining options. Overall, I would give this hotel a solid rating despite a few hiccups.

We had a nice stay at the hotel with our baby, and we appreciated the spacious King Studio Suite. The location was convenient, especially with the complimentary area shuttle, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Oakland Zoo with its diverse animals.

My wife says that the Wi-Fi signal was frustratingly inconsistent.
